You can not create experience you must under go it.

It all started with Experience

I currently live in the beautiful Potomac Valley and have lived in Montana for 28 years after moving from my home state of Washington in 1991. I raised my three, now grown, children north of Missoula in Polson. Enjoying the Montana outdoors with hiking/backpacking, kayaking, fishing, cross country skiing, gardening and camping are among a plethora of things I do in my out of work time. Massage was something that came into my life while healing from my own personal trauma after the loss of my infant daughter. I was so impressed and grateful with how it helped me with my physical and emotional pain that I knew being a therapist was what I wanted my life's occupation to be. I graduated from Montana School of Massage in 2007 and started a practice with my passion to help other people recover from their pain. My therapeutic education is continual, and my interest lies primarily in the interconnectedness that lies within the mind and body. My studies about pain, the myofascial system, and the techniques and modalities to use in my treatments are focused on that theory. That belief in interconnectedness also inspires me to be educated about other therapies and network with other health practitioners for the overall well being of my clients.
